RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Return Policy for Unwanted Items: To return items please contact [email protected] or (330) 727-3572 within 14 days of product delivery. Return shipping
is to be paid for by the customer with an additional 15% restocking fee to be applied on the refund.

Return Policy for Damaged Items: Please report damaged items to [email protected] with photos within 7 days of delivery. Pending review the item cost will be refunded.

Missing Items: Please report missing items to [email protected] or (330) 727-3572 or    with a photo of the packing slip within 7 days of delivery. Missing items will be replaced when possible or refunded if needed.

How to return an order:

  1. Find your order number.

  2. Contact <business email> for a return label

  3. Print your return label and follow the email instructions to print your pre-paid return shipping label.

  4. When complete, you'll receive an email with tracking information and a copy of your return label just in case you need it.

  5. Attach return label Next, get your package ready to mail back to us. Add your items and tape your package securely. Make sure to remove or cover the original shipping label and attach your

  6. new return label to the package. You’re all set! Just schedule a pickup or drop off at any authorized facility for the designated carrier on your shipping label.

  7. Return shipping labels are only available for orders shipping to the continental US. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for return processing. You will receive a refund notification from us when your return has been processed, and refunds will take an additional 1-3 business days to credit back to your original form of payment.
